Haverfordwest County AFC will look to halt a slide in form when they host Flint Town United at Bridge Meadow Stadium this Saturday. The match kicks off at 13:30 UTC with the Bluebirds seeking to bounce back from two straight away losses.
Their recent results have been mixed. They suffered a 1-0 defeat at Cardiff MET last time out, following a 1-0 loss at Colwyn Bay. Before that, they had secured two home wins against Holywell and Briton Ferry. That leaves the side 11th in the Premier League table with 10 points from 11 games.
The visitors arrive with their own inconsistent record. Flint Town United were thrashed 5-0 by The New Saints recently but bounced back with a 3-0 home win over Ammanford AFC in their last outing. Their defence has been vulnerable, conceding 12 goals in their last five matches.
The starting lineup against Cardiff MET featured I. Knott in goal, with a defence of D. Rees, R. Abbruzzese, K. Kenniford and R. Watts. The midfield and attack included C. Shephard, D. Hawkins, C. Twose, J. Walker, H. Thomas and B. Ahmun. After this weekend's game, Haverfordwest County's next assignment is a trip to face Ammanford AFC on October 30.
