Haverfordwest County AFC are delighted to announce the signing of Jordan Hackett, who will be joining the club ahead of the 2026-27 season, subject to international clearance. The defender arrives at the Ogi Bridge Meadow with an impressive CV to date, having been involved in the academy setup at both Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United under-21s. Jordan has also represented England at under-15 and under-18 level, and was most recently plying his trade with Western Springs in New Zealand. The 22-year-old full-back won his first senior trophy while down under, as he contributed to Western Springs claiming their first-ever Northern League title. Manager Tony Pennock said: “I’ve been aware of Jordan for some time, and we were unfortunate not to sign him in the last window due to clearance issues.” Jordan added: “I’m delighted to be joining Haverfordwest and beginning this exciting new chapter in Wales. From the very first conversations, it was clear this is a club with ambition, strong values, and a real sense of togetherness.” The club is looking forward to welcoming Jordan to the Ogi Bridge Meadow in the coming weeks, as he officially links up with the club ahead of what promises to be an exciting 2026-27 season. Jordan will be part of the club’s new hybrid model, which will be launched ahead of the new season. The club is excited to work with Jordan on a full-time basis, and welcome him to Pembrokeshire.
